Head of Training and Business Development
Joanna is an economist by education, and a trainer & development expert by experience. She started her professional career twenty years ago as a saleswoman, and after only a few years she was already managing a team of managers. In the meantime, she pursued her passions, connected with psychological studies as she had always been fascinated by people, motives of their actions and development opportunities. During her professional career, Joanna cooperated with many companies optimizing operating costs, tasks, recruiting and training employees of various industries.
As part of the FAIRLEGAL Law Firm, Joanna is comprehensively responsible for creating and delivering training at the highest level. She uses her natural ability to deliver trainings in a simple and understandable way in everyday work with clients across many industries. Joanna creates training programs individually tailored to the client's needs, conducts implementations and provides post-training care for participants.
Joanna likes challenges, everything new and fresh. Joanna can be in several places at the same time, which competence she uses to organize multi-disciplinary training projects, often in several places at once.
Privately, Joanna has been playing squash for 4 years. Murderous workouts give her a lot of satisfaction, and at the same time consume excess internal energy. She is a friend of a NGO â DruĆŒyna Szpiku, wherever possible she promotes and encourages to sign up for the database of potential bone marrow donors.
