Partner and business advisor with more than 15 years of professional experience as a legal advisor and head of the legal Department of multinationals/corporations (in-house). Specializes in business law, is passionate for competition law in the practical dimension. Eliza has years of practice in managing a wide range of legal and business issues - in particular in the area of competition and consumer law, food law, the development and implementation of compliance programs, the management of crisis situations and change in the organization. She served as the vice-chairman of Wrigley's Management Board in Poland and was a member of Wrigley’s boards in many Central European countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania).
She has gained invaluable experience in understanding the business in macro and micro-scale through over 15 years of membership in local leadership teams. She co-led the success of Wrigley's defense against the allegations of the President of the Antitrust Office for abuse of a dominant position. Eliza helped both legally and commercially to lead one of the largest reorganizations and merger of multinational corporations – Wrigley and Mars in Poland. Eliza tirelessly promotes the raising of legal awareness in organizations at all levels through tailor-made training for sales, marketing, PR, finance, purchasing and other departments.

Experienced in virtually all aspects of corporate businesses, regardless of their size and company, its local, regional or global specification.

Mickiewicz in Poznań (Administration) and the University of Wrocław (Law). Admitted to District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Poznań. Graduated from the Postgraduate Studies Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the field of competition law.
