- fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation;
- based on the Administrator's legitimate interest in order to:

- conducting technical quality analyzes of services rendered;
- on the basis of voluntary consent:
- for purposes related to legal services conducted by the Company, in particular conducting court proceedings, representing before courts and administrative bodies, preparing letters, giving opinions and preparing documents, conducting debt collection,
- providing information on proposed changes to the contract, change of name (company), address or registered office, confirmation of receipt of the complaint and responding to it to the indicated e-mail address; the direct marketing referred to above can be implemented by means of electronic communication, telecommunications terminal equipment, and automated calling systems.
- The period for which personal data will be stored:
- personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary for:- customer service (e.g. complaint handling)- securing or pursuing any claims arising from concluded contracts,- fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
- personal data processed on the basis of voluntary consent, will be processed until the consent is revoked, the data subject raises an objection;
- the rights of the data subject:

- the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal)
- the right to obtain intervention on the part of the Administrator, express their own position and to challenge a decision based on automated data processing.
